These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to text messages sent by Restore It Chicago in connection with FlowDesk account access, workspace invitations, authentication, verification, recovery, and related account communications.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Restore It Chicago may send text messages to employees and authorized FlowDesk workspace users who have provided consent to receive SMS communications.

Messages may include:

• FlowDesk workspace invitations.

• One-time verification or authentication codes.

• Account recovery or security verification messages.

• Account and workspace-related notifications.

Restore It Chicago does not use this SMS program for promotional or marketing messages.

CONSENT

Before a mobile number is enrolled in the SMS program, the employee or authorized user provides consent to Restore It Chicago to receive text messages for the purposes described above.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing restoration services.

MESSAGE FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies depending on account activity, authentication requests, workspace invitations, and other authorized FlowDesk activity.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

OPTING OUT

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again.
